Client work
Live01
The challenge
MOVE's training happens in person. Once a session was over, following up with every participant was hard.
02
What we built
01
AI coaching, 24/7
Two AI coaches in chat, one for PI Training and one for ProACT follow-up. Participants use them at their own pace, any time and anywhere, and both work to the methods MOVE's professional trainers designed.
02
Goals that stick
The ProACT coach helps each participant set a goal, an if-then plan and a barrier plan, then checks in after 30, 60 and 90 days. Progress moves in four steps of 25%.
03
Automatic review
AI reviews submitted trainings in batches, marks each one valid or invalid, and sends a push notification when a participant needs to follow up.
04
Simple, safe sign-up
Participants join with their phone number and an SMS code, through their cohort's invite link. Chat stays locked until they give consent, and short how-to videos help them get started.
05
One dashboard for admins
Admins follow trainings in bulk, set up separate cohorts for different clients and run AI analysis, all in one place.
06
Four languages
Available in four of the most used languages: English, Arabic, German and French, with formal address throughout.
Built with: React · Node.js · NoSQL database · AI inference · SMS one-time passcodes · Push notifications · Installable web app
